I am a member of the South Wales Branch and I hope to be able to keep you
in touch with issues in the O2 workstream. Similarly, I would like you to
raise any concerns that you have about your work, whether that be the
environment, job security, terms & conditions directly with me. I will be
more than happy to hear from you and to make any necessary representations
on your behalf. |

The CWU is a union that uses our
collective strength to protect the rights of individuals. The CWU is the
only Union recognised by O2, for Retail workers. As an organisation we are
proud of our past achievements, but we are more concerned with the future-
your future. |

O2 is constantly reforming and reshaping
to meet new challenges. Change can be distressing. It causes disruption and
uncertainty. One of the main functions of the union is to alleviate these
stresses. Members can be confident that their jobs and working conditions will be a
priority as long as the CWU is there to protect them. Members can be equally
confident that their views will always be sought and fully taken into account.
